Hi I have a pay monthly service and I had a 12 months contract. It is suppose to end today that is 28th January. My app still shows that I have to pay. What is to be done since I have moved back to my home country and it doesn't make sense for me to keep this number anymore

So you didnt contact o2 to cancel your contract and didnt read the terms which state after the minimum term it goes into a monthly contract.

You need to call o2 and request cancellation of the contract, all the details can be found here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

You will need to use Skype to contact them Guide: A Guide to Skype  and call +44 800 902 0217

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
