You can't cancel online.

You Need To Call 202.

Have you been happy with O2?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Always been happy with O2 apart from my local mast going down twice a month. All good after the upgrade to 4G now.

Is there anything in life you regret or, like me, would you never change a thing.

There's a 30 minute wait on 202. Is this a ploy to make it difficult to cancel?

Not especially. It's just symptomatic of the lack of CS staff to take calls.
