Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

You have given us very little information to go on, but when you talk about not recognising the details, I worry that you might have been the victim of a scam or identity fraud. Please do not click on any links in the bill or 'phone any numbers given on it. 

Are you even an O2 customer ? 

Please 'phone the Payment Management team using the information provided by @MI5 and let us know the outcome. 👍
