Additional charges in Poland

Hi There,

I travelled to Poland on 10.08 and right away I received a text saying all my data, minutes and texts will be taken from my UK allowance and I won’t be charged for any of it but on the first day alone all my calls and texts were charged so there is additional charge added to my next bill.

 

How can I get this removed from my bill please?

You need to contact payment management.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
