Shouldn't be.

 

Try and turn your phone off and on, or take sim out and put back in.

 

I had no service this morning until I dont this and it is working fine now.

I'm back up and running as normal at home (mast still down at work though)....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
