£30 taken from my accoumt, no order went through.

hello,

 

last night, I tried to make a purchase of a pay monthly contract. £30 upfront payment was taken and it suggested the order was complete but i have no emails to confirm this. please look into why my account was deducted but i have no order been processed.

 

i would appreciate a reply soon as you can thank you.

Your payment will be pending until approved by O2, if not approved, it will be returned to your bank.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

@MI5 Hi, Thank you for responding to me and  you have given good detailed instructions. I did try to contact them on my o2 account but its difficult to reach an expert as you need a mobile to scan a QR code. unfortunately im stuck on an old desktop. I will continue to try make contact through social media, I will check if the £30 has been taken, it was still pending this morning.
