I am pay and go and topped up £15 earlier today.  it would appear however that I am not receiving free uk texts

Have you reached your anniversary date yet?
You allowances are only available once a month.
Check in your My O2 for your date.

Have you just changed tariff/ If not when is the anniversary date for your allowances?

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the forum. 

 

 

You can if you wish speak to Live Chat or Customer Services and change your Anniversary Date so your new allowances start.
