I have a spare pay and go phone.
It has not been switched on for two weeks and yet my balance has gone down.
What is using it?
I thought I had disabled everything but I must be missing something.
Can anybody help.

Would this show in My O2?
If not the OP needs to contact customer services on 4445.....they will explain where the balance has gone...

On P&G My O2 won't show where usage has gone but it's more than likely something is connecting when first switched on before wifi kicks in.
Make sure mobile data is switched off as sometimes the default switches it on when the phone boots up. Maybe you need a different tariff with some data included.
