Thank you for confirming this Toby....
As you know, LC stopped giving out PAC codes but it's a good idea to reinstate it to take some pressure off the call centre staff......

Are phone-based call centre staff in short supply ?
I thought that there were plenty of sub-contractors in that market.

All staffed and run by Capita now so I guess you need to ask them why they don't employ enough staff....?

Having been responsible for outsourced contract management in my previous life, I always had a clause which allowed me to add different contractors when service levels dropped below a stated point.
Rarely, if ever, did I need to call on additional contractors.
Also it's not my job to ask Capita.....that's O2's
