Auto top up - page not found

Anonymous
Not applicable

I use the web top up for my phone but wanted to usd the auto top-up option. However, when I click the link, it comes back with a page not found error. Is the wrong URL assigned to the link?

Thanks.

In very basic terms, it's usually because of the information stored on an individuals PC conflicts with the website settings.
I guess it's the PC equivalent of rebooting your phone.
