Samsung watch6 promotion

Hi, i preordered a galaxy 6 watch with came with a promotion of Google play store credit, I've done all the necessary stuff and got my promo code only to find that when I go to redeem the code I get a page saying

"YOUR REQUEST IS STILL BEING PROCESSED. DO NOT REFRESH YOUR BROWSER.“

I've spoke to Samsung promotions and am still waiting.. Anyone else had this problem?

You will need to speak to Samsung or to Google Support, as it is Samsung's promotion.. 

Not a lot o2 can do I am afraid.. Usually Samsung are quite good at these things..
