I can’t remove thre travel bolt on - on my account. Can anyone help. ?

It doesn't need removing. If you don't go abroad you won't use it. Simple as that.

If you decide that O2 Travel is not right for you, you can opt out by texting NOTRAVEL to 23336. It can take up to 24 hours for O2 Travel to be removed from your account.
