O2 online shop jbl earphones

Hi

I received the jbl headphones last month. I charged them and they appeared to work. However I have just been on holiday for two weeks and I charged the headphones before I went. When I tried to turn them on there was no charge. I fully charged them again and they came on. I then turned them off. When I went to use them again ther was no charge. They are faulty.

I returned them within the 28 days using your online return form. That was 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing. Ive tried ringing and online help chat but can't get through. Please advise.
