International calls

Anonymous
Not applicable
I recently bought one of your bolt ons for international calls it was £10 per month for 3000 minutes. After I got a text saying I could start using it, then I called my dad abroad in Africa, and after I checked myo2 it said on my recent charges that I have been charged £8.83 for calling my dad abroad. I bought the Bolt ons so I could call him, what should do? I don't want to pay £8.83 when I'm already paying £10 per monthm

I'm sure the International sim doesn't cover Africa. Call customer service to confirm.

Wifi using Skype or another app seems the best solution though I should imagine wifi is fairly scarce in Africa depending on the exact location.
