Hi,

I am currently in the Eu Zone on a holiday. I need to fly to Hawaii but will be leaving my personal phone with the O2 account turned off at my friends place in the EU while I am gone. I will then be flying back to the EU to resume my holiday. With the 63 days on the fair usage policy, will the days my phone is turned off and not in use/connected to the O2 network still count toward the 63 days?

Unless you reconnect to O2-UK network it will count as continuous use.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
