I have an issue with the Christmas Cracker Scratch offer.

It tells me I can not use the code I have as the IMEI number has already been used.

I havnt used it at all. But I do wish to claim my offer.

 

Any help or suggestions please. ?

You need to call brighstar as it means your imei number hasn't been entered on the system yet.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
