Dear all,

I bought a smart watch for my kids in December 2022.

Because of a problem , O2 Richmond team sent the watch to repair center.

However, they lost the watch and O2 team accepted to make a refund to me and also cancel the contract.

They made the refund in July 2023 . (£189)

However, you still issue the bill to me. Why you still issue the bill to me ?

If it is for airtime plan, you need to cancel it as well.

Because i bought it for watch and no need to use it.

Thanks

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
