I just tried to purchase Beats earbuds online. I paid £40 fee but for some inexplicable reason the credit check failed, even though I have a high credit rating. I assume I’ll get my £40 back, has anyone else suffered this?

@Dazzevans77

No rhyme or reason to O2 credit checks these days.

Your payment will be pending (not with O2) and returned to your bank account in a few days time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The criteria for O2's Credit and Affordability checks is one of the mysteries of the world along with how did they build Stonehenge

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
