O2 Email/Webmail to close?

I don't know what is going on here and I'm not sure I believe it, but a thread has appeared elsewhere saying that O2 Webmail will be closing at the end of the year according to an O2 Web Chat advisor.

Maybe Chiara could check this out as people using this service may need to make other arrangements.

When did O2 advise you to use an O2 email for your business address? I'm sure they didn't suggest you print it on letterheads or business cards.

Speak to whoever designed your website and ask them to set up an email address for it. Most hosting plans give you free email addresses.

You need to contact them and ask them for email hosting for your domain, and move provider if they don't.
