It has been discussed previously any many have been mis-informed.
It will work on Windows on a PC/Laptop but NOT mobile.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Toby this issue has been reported many times - Have live chat not been trained on this at all ?

Tyke, Toby is our community coordinator and will feedback to the relevant dept. It has been said that they will develop the app for Windows Mobile but no time scales have been given yet.

OK Thanks anyway I hope @Toby at the very least passes on my thread to the O2 Guru's and then they start giving the correct advise

We all know that running a Windows Phone is a risk from an App point of view, but its been around quite a bit now. And as a phone they are great, great battery life, incredible camera etc.

Ho Hum, I will have to use my Android tablet until they get their finger out.

It's only the O2 apps that I can't get on my Windows phone.... Everything else I need is there and apps are now catching up, which is good news.
I'm sure O2 will catch up eventually slight_smile

Hi Tyke,

I shall feed this back for you. Sorry for the confusion on that.

As MI5 says, on the PC you should be able to use it, but the app is not officially supported on Win8 phones as of yet. I'll see if I can obtain any updates on when this will be happening.

Thanks to MI5 for alerting me.

Its fraustrating when webchat give the wrong advice but unfortunately that is exactly what has happened in this instance.

I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica.
