Hello why my phone not working? I not can use daya and call or sent messages.

Is there a bill outstanding (overdue) @Rudiene ?

Does your sim card work in another phone (this would mean the issue is with your phone)?

Does another sim card work in your phone (this would mean the issue is with your sim/account)?
