Network problems

Have a network connection to O2 but network signal is 0% go trhrough o2 network and just report that issue, get feedback just "we dont see any problems with no network in your area" but i can't do nothing. No call, no massages. I know i'm not first who report that. But would like to know when that issue will be sorted. Need a time.
