Disconnect mobile broadband on device

Hi I am wanting to disconnect my mobile broadband I have paid off my device but as I use my phone more and change my contact on that I don't need the Device line any more the shop has told me they can't disconnect my device in the store but we're happy to change my phone contract

Put the broadband sim in your phone and send text to cancel it.

Hi Carla1 try to call customer service they should be able to do this for you the best number is 0800 587 4005 this is a faster number and you shouldn’t be on hold to long - hope this helps.
