Motorola Razr V3

Can anyone help.I have just bought a new Razr 3 The Quick Notes are in Italian but  the phone default is English. Also I have no volume on the voice recorings although all other sounds are loud and clear. How do I fix these problems.

Take it back to where you bought it from.
It's no use to you if faulty.

Yes that is same as mine. I bought one years ago when they first came out. It was stolen about 5 years ago.I have been using a Samsung C3050 which is fine but I had a yen for my Razr  V3
