Sim for iPad going abroad

I have looked and looked but can't get any info. Can I, or can I not, use a sim card in my iPad while abroad.

Good Morning,

As far as I'm aware The iPad data tariff is a Pre-Paid Uk only data allowance.

So when abroad either I would suggest you use WiFi, or purchase a Local Sim card for use in the iPad.
