Hey,  new customer here,  I have experienced terrible problems with BT customer service,  if 02 is taken over by them I will cease to have ANYTHING to do with 02.  BT is atrocious.

I wonder what impact this will have on Virgin Mobile as they use EE's network.  Are BT going to want to provide the service for a competitor?

I think most people are just waiting for either vodafone or liberty global (owners of virgin media) to make an announcement about a potential deal between them.
