Upfront payment

Hi,

Ive gone to pay upfront for a new iPad on contract but was denied. The upfront payment was still taken and has not returned to my bank. When will this be done?

Your bank have the funds, not o2, so it is upto your bank to return those funds, some take minutes, others 14 days, but the information from the card schemes indicate 24hrs to 14 days..
