Old number has not yet ported to 02 account

I recently signed up to 02 from three and had requested my old number be ported.  This was supposed to happen on the 08th May, but has not happened.  This is causing serious issues as I use my old number for two step authentication in my surgery at a NHS practice as well as my banks.  Despite countless calls to O2 and assurances it has been escalated, nothing has progressed and it’s been over six days now. Can anyone assist how this can be resolved.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for the above response, I don't really use social media (facebook, insta etc).  Is there any other way to tackle this, it has been so stressful dealing with their customer service - which quite frankly is awful.
