I can’t log in to the my O2 app, it says not available to you yet but I am a long term customer

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

The App is a right pain

Can you log in at

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?

If so try deleting the App, rebooting the phone and reinstalling 

If that does not work contact customer services
