I have ordered a device with 02 to add to my account and i have suffered treible customer service the device was suppose to be delived on the 25th september it is now 28th and more than 12 calls have been made to 02 regarding this who say they have contacted Uk Mail etc nothing is happening i have been promised delivery serveral time AM delivery Etc and nothing
i feel lied to and cheated.
this was suppose to be a gift for my sons birthday pffft bit late now.
even considering legal action
Nobody wanting to take responability and deal with this with deffinate answers.
