How are you able to communicate with 02? I have been constantly trying to ask some important questions about my account since my recent bill was sent last Thursday. There is never an operator available online. I have tried to phone at least 3 times per day at different times. I have got through 3 times only to either be cut off or to have a line where noone is able to hear anything! I would now like to cancel my contract as the service is so appalling but can't get through to do so! This can't just be me receiving this shockingly poor service?

You do need to keep try preferably by calling 202. Best times to call are early mornings if possible.

I have never had a problem if i ring about 8.30am. However, I suppose their excuse will be.. busy because of the run up to Easter
