I had a spam call recenlty, which I terminated, then I had a text message from O2 confirming my order had gone through. Then another confirming you'd added my out-of-bundle charges reduction.  Tried three times to get through on 202, but got cut off each time, after holding on for four or five minutes. Today I have a text message saying my credit note is ready to view. WHAT IS GOING ON?? Has soe accessed my account, or was this a mistake your end that you've rectified? I'm very confused and a little concerned! 🤔

@Julie-54

A VAS change is a billing adjustment on your account to align your O2 bill to what you paid with Virgin.

Nothing to worry about.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
