Hi guys,

The O2 Refresh scheme has been available for a while. Quite a few community members are on the programme and more than 9/10 customers in Store and Online choose O2 Refresh.

But now you can also Speed to Refresh, giving you the chance to get on your refresh path earlier and with a tidy 25% discount on the remaining line rental you need to pay off, courtesy of O2.

You can also get up to £260 by trading in your old phone through O2 Recycle and use that money to put towards buying out your contract

Have you heard of it? Would the discount entice you to give Speed to Refresh a go?

You can check out the Speed to Refresh FAQs here

http://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/frequent-questions#fasttrack

I’d love to hear your thoughts!

We've had quite a few questions about Speed to Refresh over the last few weeks already.

For my point of view it does seem a waste to pay off an oustanding contract just to get a new phone, unless it's falling apart.

Some have noticed the handset price on Speed to Refresh is more than buying it sim free.

Considered it but as my bill is paid by work I would end up with them paying the airtime and me buying the phone, in which case I'd be better off buying SIM Free and wouldn't have to wait for carrier updates. wink

The handset price is irelevant to the offer of Speed to refresh

Speed to refresh is a fast track upgrade offer and is seperate from the refresh tariffs etc

So there is no actual handset cost on speed to refresh only onn  Refresh

If you choose to "Speed to refresh" I guess that means you have to take a refresh tariff though.....?
