Why is it difficult to contact companies nowadays? No, I don't want to ask your virtual assistant. No, I don't want to ask community. I want to speak to a real person who works at the company and help me out with the issues.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402 Guide: A Guide to Skype 

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Hello Cleoriff,

 

They disconnected my phone line. This closed my My O2. I am abroad. There is no way for me to contact them other than online chat. I can't make phone calls.

Are you able to borrow a phone? If so the above still stands. |If not, you need to use social media to contact O2

If abroad, use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and call +44 800 902 0217 and speak to the Payment Management Team as @Cleoriff has already advised..
