Has their been a comprehensive guide made on the community as I think their should be one to help customers understand it all as I see so many threads here where people either get confused or don't understand it all

I wouldn't have thought it necessary with this page explaining it very well: http://www.o2.co.uk/help/upgrades/o2-refresh-explained

I know what you are saying @Anonymous but I think we would then be repeating a lot of info already available?

If I could make one request it would be that the search engine on here was improved so that people looking for info would find it readily available (instead of having to do a google search.)

There is also this about Refresh http://www.o2.co.uk/refresh

That's an argument I've been saying for 7 years now, I find a Google search is the far better way to find anything on the main O2 site.

Searching from this site is close to hopeless.

It's useless and I believe Toby was going to feed this back. Maybe better replacing it with a Google search box!
