I'm trying to live chat O2 but no response. I have no service on my iPhone 5S - can't call, no internet. I've hard restarted my phone. What is happening? Please O2 customer service can you email me to tell me what is going on or post a reply to this message so I know if there is a general outage or I'm having a specific issue. Many thanks.

use the my network app, its free to download and in your app store, this will give you live information to your area, Im in Kingston Upon Thames and mine is sketchy today due to mast updates etc, so please dont worry, lots of upgrades and threads going on about network issues

@Anonymous If it is an issue in your area then the status page http://status.o2.co.uk/ should tell you. If it's not showing anything then follow @Anonymous 's suggestion regarding the my network app and you can feed back a problem report through that.

this is my area at present using My Network app, why it always displays 2G im not sure but live status is great!

@Anonymous Do you not have the drop down box to switch between 2G, 3G, 4G, or another for Stores, WiFi and Sites?
