Preordered Iphone 7 Friday morning 9am by the time i had waited and changed model to get on which was not out of stock. went to online chat today and was told my iphone had been despatched and would be in the store to collect tomorrow. Just had a text saying its not arrived and i will get an update Tuesday ......

 

Add to this i have been charged a device settlement because my contract renewal was the 19th Sept ....3 days and guess who is now on the verge of leaving o2 after 19 years of custom ??

In the exact same boat.

 

unreal.

 

booked day off work only to be told at 9;30pm night before it's not coming. They've not even text me I had to contact them to get this information.

 

been with them 14 years.

 

i am. 100% leaving o2

 

cant treat customers like this and not expect to give something back
