Stop ***** customers off O2!

You aren't answering your phone on 202 and you have no webchat that is functioning. What kind of ****** show have you become? Get a grip. Contact us has no meaning on this website.

Sort your act out. No wonder you are losing customers left right and centre.

@fedupwith02 This is not O2. This is a customer community. Live Chat is generally pretty useless anyway.

You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Thank you. Been a customer with 3 and 4 accounts since they started out as O2. This is the worst I have ever seen it. Even Currys the electrical store have improved their customer care/response since covid but these muppets have gone backwards.

Why not just pay up and leave?? As that is what I would do..

 

The problem at the moment is the merger of 2 Companies, which means staff suffer, and customer suffer which is not good, at the same time Liberty Global and Telefonica, want to have cost savings, and that means outsourcing a lot of Customer Service Functions to Crapita in Cape Town and Teleperformance in Manila, and they all seem to be new, so dont know anything about o2 and VM.. 


And to be fair ranting on here, no one from o2 will reply and I doubt anyone from o2 will even read it..

Thanks for the advice. Wasn't aware that there were no o2 reps monitoring but then again, that's about right for this shambles. Contract is up in September so I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Thanks.
