Hi,

I may be reading your post wrong but 02 do not block numbers.

Some phones have this ability within them.

If you contact 02 via 202 {pay monthly} or 4445 {payg} they may be able to help you further.

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused as to why you would need to do this? Is someone making unauthorised international calls from your phone?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Not sure if you have resolved this yet but if you are a pay monthly customer call them on 202 and they can do this for you, not sure about pay and go.

Because it's such a simple thing to do with other mobile providers. It is a safety check in case you loose your mobile or if someone or you yourself mistakenly / unknowingly dials an international number.

I do not understand why it's such a big issue with O2 to not do it properly. 😞

Call 202 and ask for your spend cap to be set at zero. Takes 24 hours to kick in but you then wont be able to make any chargeable calls or sent any chargeable texts.

@Bagie0

But I don't think that you can set a spend cap on PAYG ?

Completely irrelevant to a 10 year old thread anyway.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
