hi i had galaxy s2 and my o2 app worked fine. i have the s5 now and whatever i do it will not recognise my usual sign in...have had reset codes sent from o2 to no avail..any ideas

Changing handset should have no effect on your Myo2.
try deleting and Re Downloading the App.
Are you not able to use the App and the login page situated at the top of this forum ?
Have you spoken to online Live Chat or the Uk Customer Service Dept ? I would suggest you do speak to Customer Service on 202 Contract or 4445 Payg.
More often than not glitches with Myo2 resolve themselves. If you've just performed a SwapMySim Procedure then give it 24 hours to settle.
Another option is to visit a Guru in an O2 High Street Store however they will be busy with the iPhone 6 launch right now.
In the interim You can still get info on your allowance balances by texting BALANCE to a short code.
