i phone has network but samsung s6

ive got an Iphone 5s and got network coverage. my wifes 2ft away galaxy S6 and no network. anyone understand why?

There is a widespread outage on the O2 network - I have the same here, my phone no signal and another on O2 in the household is working perfectly. The working phone is a few years old while mine is a new smartphone so maybe older SIM cards are working while newer 4G enabled ones aren't.

I have the same problem me and my partner both have samsungs.... i keep getting " not registered to network" when trying to make calls and cant send txt. But her phone is fine????? Very bizzare!!

Oh and we are both on o2 so its only affecting some users... very odd!!!
