Hi, is there an email address to contact customer service as we have tried calling the last two days but have not got through as o2 is expereinceing some technical difficulties.

There is a problem which o2 are aware of and trying to fix so keep trying please.

If the phone is damaged you may be quicker to go instore to see what can be done from their end..
