Voicemail issue

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I have an issue with a very limited number of incoming calls. They ring me and the call is directed straighht to voicemail. My phone does not ring, I do not get a voicemail notification , there is no voicemail to pick up even thought the caller hears my "greeting" and leaves a mail.

HTC one

Not all callers on a very few.

They are not all on the same network

They are not blocked on my phone

They are not all using the same handsets

Moving my SIM to another handset does not cure the problem.

I use my phone for my business and this is potentaily a major issue as I would never know a call had been made unless the callers mail me (as they do) to say they cannot get hold of me.

Anyone had the same or got any thoughts

Cheers

Get CS to carefully check your account to make sure there is nothing left unprovisioned, then if all good there, try a sim swap.
Any O2 shop can do a swap for you free of charge.
