Won't turn on, no vibrate when try to re boot, nothing at all, it's dead.

Press the reset switch inside the sim / sd card flap for 6 seconds.

No it's totally dead. Second time this will have to go back and get repaired, last time it done this was after an update. 😞 pile of junk.

Does it still get into flash mode? (volume down while plugging in use)
