SMS CHANGING AUTOMATICALLY TO MMS ON SAMSUNG S3 AND CHARGING ME

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently upgraded from my old iphone 3G to a Samsung S3. I was horrified to discover that when sending a longer text the phone changes the sms message to a MMS one, as I haven't sent any picture messages, I thought it was strange. I only worked why I'd been charged  through viewing my recent charges on my bill. . The iphones don't do this so why do Samsung?

It's a feature of Android software. You can download Go SMS of Handcent off Google Play which gives you the option to change this setting.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
