Mck code required for phone

I have decided to leave O2

But my phone is locked to o2

I recieved and unlatch code, but this code did not work,

My phone is now locked to o2 according to what I can find out by searching  on the Internet. I have found out that i need an mck code.

I have asked o2 customer service twice now on the phone, but they do not seem to know what an Mck code is.

I also went on the samsung web site and on their support they say they do not provide mck codes and have to contact the provider o2.

I did get an email from o2 saying they would be contacting samsung. This has been going on for over a week now,

Any help sorting this would be appreciated
