I  received this text message. Could you please elaborate if I have been charged:

You've nearly hit your 50MB/£51.50 limit. If you want to use more you'll need to increase your monthly spending limit to £120 (200MB) by texting DATALIMIT200 to 23336. For terms see o2.co.uk/terms

Hi @Emmanuel316 - nobody here on the Forum can access your account.  It looks like you have exceeded a travel cap.

If you have checked your account status using MyO2, either app or via web browser, and still need to talk to O2 about it, you will have to call one of the numbers in here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

One of those works with Skype too, @Emmanuel316, in case you have no access to WiFi calling to make the call without incurring more charges: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823

Good luck!
