i have dropped a toy on my screen and its not insured will o2 fix this for me?? if so will it cost

They will for a fee - If you send it in they will quote you first. You can choose to accept it or have the phone returned.

Unfortunately not under warranty. Check if your home insurance covers you for personal items. Bank accounts also offer free insurance on some type of accounts though you need to register the phone.

What damage has been sustained ?

If it's scratched then sometimes a screen shield or tempered glass screen protector hides them if not too bad.

If smashed then follow the guys advice on insurances.

Edit : or if you have no insurance and the cost via O2 is high you could look at standalone high street phone shops that repair. However any remaining warranty would be voided as the work will have been carried out by an unauthorised engineer.
