Hi all,

How soon after porting in to O2 should I start to see details in my account. All it shows at the moment is O2 Wifi and nothing else. Screenshot below shows what I see.

It should show within a day or two, but I think they're having some issues right now so maybe a bit longer.

Is the phone working on O2 yet?

If it was only today you probably need to give the system a day or two to update. Certainly overnight at the least.
