I placed an order on Monday for an iPhone 15 pro plus in titanium grey
264 Gb which was supposed to be ready for collection in harlow 02
yesterday and I haven’t received anything yet?
No I passed all the credit check, paid for the upfront fee, got the
contract & arranged delivery at the shop. Once that was done I was sent
an email it was processing (in transit) and states delivery can now not
be cancelled as it’s out for delivery ...
I have spoken with 02 & been into the store who can’t seem to give me
any update. Just that it’s in the processing stage (for delivery to the
store) which also does not allow you to cancel the order. They were
pretty useless to be honest.
